Judge Wilson’s injunction against ESAs won’t derail support for reform in Nevada — it will strengthen it.

On January 11, 2016, District Judge James Wilson of Carson City issued an injunction order suspending the implementation of the Education Saving Accounts (ESAs) that are to launched next month. The order was issued in connection to the case filed by Educate Nevada Now, claiming the constitutional violations created by ESA law.
