It’s shaping up to be a busy week for Assemblywoman Dr. Rebecca Edgeworth (District 35). She’s inviting friends, neighbors, and community members to connect with her at two upcoming events in southwest Las Vegas.
Coffee with Your Assemblywoman
The first event is a relaxed Saturday morning coffee meet-up on September 27th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Aware Coffee (9475 S Rainbow Blvd #140, Las Vegas, NV 89139).
Edgeworth says this casual gathering is all about hearing directly from the people she represents.
“This is your chance to connect directly with me, share your thoughts, and talk about the issues that matter most to Assembly District 35 and Nevada’s future,” she shared in her announcement.
And yes, the coffee is on her.
Campaign Kickoff Celebration
Just a few days later, on Tuesday, September 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Dr. Edgeworth will officially launch her re-election campaign with a kickoff event at Bootlegger Italian Bistro (7700 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89123).
The celebration will bring together supporters, community leaders, and a wide host committee that includes Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo, Lt. Governor Stavros Anthony, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, local firefighters, health professionals, and small business owners.
“It has truly been an honor to serve our community in the Nevada State Assembly,” Edgeworth said. “I’m excited to announce that I am running for reelection, and I’d love for you to be part of it.”
This Week Sets the Tone
These events offer citizens a great opportunity to get informed and involved.
The coffee meet-up offers residents a chance to raise concerns about schools, public safety, and the local economy in a personal setting, and the campaign kickoff signals Dr. Edgeworth is ready to continue her work in Carson City with broad support.
