Is It Time For Nevada To Re-Draw District Lines?

President Trump is dismantling the Democrat party.

  • Deporting illegal aliens = fewer Democrat ballots being cast.
  • Cleaning up voting rolls = less double and triple voting by Democrats.

Another action is to end gerrymandered political districts, which RINO’s and Democrats have used to suppress MAGA political power.

How is it that 40% of New England is Republican, but there isn’t a single Republican member of congress from that region?

It is estimated the Republican party can pick up at least a dozen seats in Congress simply by re-drawing fair, representative district lines.

Texas did it. So did Missouri. Indiana, Kansas, Ohio, Nebraska and Louisiana may do it.

What about Nevada? If we drew fair lines we could pick up one seat in Congress.

It isn’t quite that simple.

Democrats control the Nevada Assembly and Senate (in fact, if it wasn’t for Governor Lombardo’s 87 veto’s last session, we would already be called East California).

In the 2022 congressional election in Nevada, Democrats won 37% of the vote to the Republicans 49%.

Yet, Democrats won 75% of the seats (see this article).

Why? Gerrymandering works. For them.

Democrats are not going to cooperate with redistricting in Nevada.

In 2020 they passed and Governor Sisolak signed a Gerrymandered map that was given an “F” by the nonpartisan Princeton Gerrymandering Project (see it here).

The sad truth is, unlike other states, redistricting in Nevada is more complex, has more obstacles, and probably won’t happen any time soon.

Let’s be glad some of the other states can re-draw lines more fairly and quickly, and in the process create more Republican seats in Congress.
