Late yesterday afternoon, our Amy Groves reported that President Trump gave the green light to Gov. Joe Lombardo to use the Nevada National Guard to assist ICE in deporting illegal aliens from our state.
Shortly thereafter, Lombardo spokesperson Elizabeth Ray confirmed to Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jessica Hill “that that the Nevada National Guard will assist in a temporary, administrative capacity” and that “deployment also will be fully federally funded.”
We’re talking about just 35 guardsmen. Temporary. Administrative duties only. Fully funded by the federal government.
Nevertheless, Democrat Attorney General A-Ron Ford’s “sanctuary state” drama queens had a veritable meltdown.
“Nevada Republicans, led by Gov. Lombardo, have moved so far right they’re unrecognizable,” twit-tweeted sanctuary state Sen. Fabian Doñate (D-EI).
“Eight years ago,” he continued, “our former GOP Governor Brian Sandoval would’ve never signed off on this decision.”
That’s because Sandoval is a trans-Republican. And the notion that Lombardo is “far right” is laughable on its face.
“The Nevada National Guard should be focused on protecting our national security,” whinnied sanctuary state U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto.
Um, arresting illegal alien drug dealers who are killing Americans every day – not to mention all the murders, gang-bangers, rapists, human traffickers, pedophiles and thieves – and deporting them is ABSOLUTELY “protecting our national security.”
Duh.
Sanctuary state Assemblywoman Cinthia Moore (D-EI) bleated that Lombardo “represents all Nevadans regardless of immigration status.”
Um, if you’re in the U.S. illegally, you’re not an American. Which means you’re also not a Nevadan.
Duh.
Michael Kagan, director of the sanctuary state UNLV Immigration Clinic called the decision “brutal and cruel.”
The sanctuary state Nevada Immigrant Coalition “condemned” Lombardo “for authorizing the National Guard’s collaboration with ICE against Nevadans to wage war on immigrants.”
These people treat the word “ILLEGAL” the same way vampires treat the cross and sunlight.
Lombardo is “pushing a culture of fear on Nevada families,” scribbled sanctuary state Assemblywoman Selena Torres (D-EI) on X. “This is disgusting.”
No, what’s disgusting is Torres and her fellow sanctuary state Democrats stoking fear in the entire community despite the fact that no one who is in the country LEGALLY has anything to worry about.
But the one who really took the cake was sanctuary state Assemblywoman Cecelia González (D-EI) – Nevada’s “AOC” – who wrote on X: “We will not stay silent as our families are ripped apart.”
What a load of mierda.

- Laken Riley: Venezuelan national Jose Ibarra, who entered illegally and was released on parole, beat and murdered the University of Georgia nursing student while she was jogging near campus.
- Jocelyn Nungaray: The 12-year-old Houston girl was brutally strangled to death and left naked under a bridge by Peña Ramos and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez who both entered the country illegally at the southern border
- Debrina Kawam: Guatemalan national Sebastian Zapeta, who had previously been deported, burned the 57-year-old woman to death on a subway train by setting her clothes on fire.
- Adam and Sheila Mead Family: Hector Jared Toscano Perez, previously deported, was accused of drunk driving without a license, crashing into a family vehicle and killing and injuring several U.S. citizens.
- Christian Sluka: Saul Rivera-Ramirez, who had been deported previously and re-entered illegally, killed Sluka in a hit-and-run while driving without a license.
- Tiger Gutierrez: Mexican national Jesus Sandoval-Martinez, driving drunk and without a license, killed Gutierrez in a car accident and attempted to flee the scene.
- Kristie Thibodeaux: Honduran national Joshua Aviala-Bonifacio and two others allegedly killed Thibodeaux in an attempted robbery. Aviala-Bonifacio had been deemed inadmissible but was released into the U.S.
- Sarah Root: Root was killed by an illegal immigrant, Eswin Mejia, who crashed into her vehicle while street racing and under the influence of alcohol.
Or let’s bring it closer to home here in Nevada…
- Connie Koontz, Sophia Renken, and Gerald and Sharon David: Ernesto Martinez-Guzman , an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, broke into three homes in Douglas and Washoe counties and murdered the four elderly victims during robberies.
- Colton Pulsipher: An illegal alien from Mexico, Fernando Jimenez-Jimenez, killed the Las Vegas police officer in a wrong-way crash while nearly three times over the legal blood-alcohol limit
At least these illegal heroes of yours are still drawing a breath, CeCe.
The same can’t be said for their innocent victims who were literally ripped apart from their families.
So wipe away your crocodile tears for these monsters and pound sand. I’m not losing a minute of sleep over rounding them up and kicking them out.
Should’ve happened a long time ago while the victims were still alive.
