The King of Vegas Strip Clubs: Peter Eliades’ Rags-to-Riches American Story
Way back in 1996, I challenged then-Democrat State Sen. Dina Titus for her seat. Even back then, Titus was well-known as a vengeful witch.
The contribution limit at the time – where a donor’s identity had to be disclosed publicly – was $500.
And out of fear of Titus’ wrath and likely retribution, only three people risked writing checks over that $500 limit.
One of those three was Pete Eliades – the King of Vegas Strip Clubs.
Dina Titus didn’t scare Pete Eliades. And if you know his story, you know why.
If not, I’ve penned a little tribute to the man, who passed yesterday.
