    On January 11, 2016, District Judge James Wilson of Carson City issued an injunction order suspending the implementation of the Education Saving Accounts (ESAs) that are to launched next month. The order was issued in connection to the case filed by Educate Nevada Now, claiming the constitutional violations created by ESA law.

  • Owners of church retreat still await justice

    After incurring thousands of damages, the owners of a church retreat called Little Patch of Heaven, represented by the Center for Justice and Constitutional Litigation of NPRI, initiated claims for damages against U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Unfortunately, until now, the party hasn’t yet been rendered an adjudication of the case on the merits. The party now further claims that they were denied their constitutional rights of due process and of free exercise of religion.
