(Albert Mack for Nevada) — A new report published by Revolver News is raising serious concerns about Assemblywoman Heidi Kasama’s record, undercutting her campaign’s claims of being a “proven conservative” running on “transparency.”
According to the report, Kasama served on the finance committee of the National Association of Realtors PAC, which during her tenure directed millions of dollars to top Democrats, including the DNC, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, and Ilhan Omar.
Kasama also personally contributed to the PAC during this time, raising direct questions about her role in funding those efforts.
“You don’t get to call yourself a conservative while helping send money to the most liberal politicians in the country. Voters aren’t fooled. They know the difference between someone who is conservative and someone who campaigns like one to get elected,” said Albert Mack, Clark County Commission candidate.
The report also outlines multiple ethics complaints tied to undisclosed business entities Kasama failed to report on her financial filings, raising questions about compliance with Nevada disclosure laws.
It further raises questions about a $500,000 loan Kasama made to her own campaign, including where the money came from, whether any undisclosed entities were involved, and why voters still do not have clear answers.
“This is a pattern. Hidden entities. Missing disclosures. Half-answers when she gets caught. That is not transparency. It is exactly the kind of political double speak voters are tired of,” Mack continued.
The Clark County Commission oversees a budget nearly as large as the entire state, making honesty and accountability non-negotiable.
“I’ve built businesses, created jobs, and met payroll. Accountability is not a talking point for me. It is how I have lived my life. Clark County deserves a commissioner who means it,” Mack added.
If this is what Kasama calls transparency, voters should be asking what else they have not been told.
