Angle Owes Supporters an Apology

Angle Owes Supporters an Apology
N&V Staff
May 26, 2011

(Anthony Warren) – For the record, I have been a Sharron Angle supporter for three years. But I would like to point out that Sharron voted for the law on special elections back in 2003 that she now denounces.

For all her “NO” votes… if there was any ambiguity to the law and she thought it would promote unfair elections, why didn’t she vote no? She can’t have it both ways. This is a “Special Election.” Different rules apply. That is why they call it special. This is not a hard concept to grasp.

Also, I was Tea Party before Obama was elected. Several of our groups came together and we took over the Clark County Republican Central Committee. And I am one of the more than 100 Tea Party delegates from Clark that are headed up to Reno to vote for the party’s 2nd congressional district nominee; many of us committed to supporting Sharron.

Whatever possessed her to call us “Establishment Lackeys?” I took great personal offense to being called names, as did the other 100+. Has Sharron lost her mind? Has she been working too hard, or is she receiving bad advice?

Short a very humble public apology, Sharron has lost any chance she may have had for our support in the future. Personally, I feel kicked in the teeth and that I flushed several hundred hard earned dollars in donations down the toilet – not to mention the hours put into the campaign.

Sharron has either been listening to some very bad advice or she is in very serious need of medical help. I can’t tell which, but I pray it is the former.

Her adviser(s), whoever they are, need to be taken out back and have the holy crap beat out of them for allowing her statement to be released. I will bring the baseball bat. If they had any hand in writing the statement Sharron issued, they are total and complete incompetent leaches, not fit to give advice to anyone, let alone a candidate for elected office.

If Sharron wants to see what an establishment lackey looks like, she need look no further than the people who managed her campaign and isolated her from her supporters. I await her reply.
