Cut The Spending!

Cut The Spending!

NN&V Exclusive

(Lori Piotrowski) – Tomorrow, Saturday, the Cut the Spending Tour will hit Las Vegas at 1:00 p.m. Sponsored by Americans for Prosperity (AFP), the tour began on Tuesday, October 4, in Shelton and Vancouver, Washington.

The tour takes its name from the mission of this country-wide journey—to mobilize AFP’s 1.8 million activists and demand that Washington cut spending. In addition, they want to call attention to fundamental budget reforms that will reduce the size of the federal government.

Members and supporters of Americans for Prosperity will rally at 241 West Charleston Boulevard, Ste. 130. Persons interested in participating in the Las Vegas portion of the tour are encouraged to register.

From Las Vegas, the tour will head to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and then veer north, making three stops in Colorado before heading east. The full tour will take until October 28th to complete and may be viewed online.

Read more about the tour at the AFP Web site and follow the tour through the blogs and pictures posted there.
