As the Democrat Assembly Majority Leader in the 2009 Legislative session, Johnny O not only conspired to sock Nevada’s working families, small businesses and tourists with over a billion dollars worth of higher taxes…
…but he blocked any and all efforts to reduce spending and enact other common sense conservative measures to fix the state’s unemployment, bankruptcy, education and foreclosure problems.
If re-elected in two weeks, Johnny O is the odds-on favorite to move up and assume the position of Speaker next year…unless we do to him what we’re about to do to Harry Reid…

Polling conducted by Citizen Outreach three weeks ago showed Republican challenger Bob Irwin down by just 6 points – with a large number of independents still undecided.
Another private poll conducted by a group I’m familiar with was conducted one week ago showing Mr. Irwin down by just 4.2 points.
And one of the leaders of the group tells me he also received a call from a Carson City lobbyist who says Johnny O is very nervous because his internal polling is showing Irwin behind by 3 points.
Johnny O has a $500K+ warchest. But as we’ve seen with Harry Reid – money can’t buy you love.
Bob Irwin doesn’t need to match Johnny O dollar-for-dollar.
He just needs enough for a couple of last-minute mailers telling undecided voters just how bad “Speaker” Oceguera would be for their homes, their jobs, their, businesses, their schools, and their wallets.
If Bob can pull the strong majority of the district’s independent voters…he’ll win.
In any other election year, this might be impossible. But in THIS campaign environment, anything is possible for limited-government, fiscally conservative candidates running against big-government, establishment insiders.

• He’s a gun store owner, so you know he’s gonna protect your gun rights.
• He’s a small business owner, so you know he knows how to create jobs.
• He’s signed the Tax Pledge, so you know he’s gonna protect your wallets.
• He’s a constitutionalist, so you know he will protect Nevada’s 10th Amendment rights.
• He doesn’t believe that just throwing more money at the problem will fix education.
• He wants to crack down on illegal immigration.
Can you imagine the political shockwaves in Nevada if Harry Reid AND John Oceguera – both majority leaders for their party – go down to defeat to bona fide conservatives?
