(Chuck Muth) – Kyle Chouinard of the Las Vegas Sun reports today that ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) may finally be bringing its deportation efforts to Nevada.
And the libtards are freaking out.
Laura Martin of the Progressive Liberal Alliance of Nevada (PLAN) organized a press conference this week, which included the ACLU and the Culinary Union, to warn illegal aliens that ICE was coming.
She bemoaned the “devasting impact” ICE enforcement activities have on the illegal aliens detained, as well as “their families, businesses, and the community.”
“Elected officials have a responsibility to represent and protect all Nevadans,” she blubbered, “not just citizens.”
Um, no.
Elected officials have a responsibility to protect legal Nevadans from the harms of unlawful immigration, especially from illegal aliens who come here with larceny, violence, and illegal drug dealing in their hearts.
Meanwhile, Las Vegas immigration attorney Martha Menendez is busy advising illegal aliens on how to avoid and resist immigration enforcement by ICE agents.
“If you are stopped, just remember not to tell them anything,” she coaches. “That is one of the biggest rights we have, the right to remain silent.”
Of course, illegal aliens have no such rights. They’re not Americans. They’re illegal aliens from other countries – a number of whom have proceeded to break other U.S. laws after entering the U.S. illegally.
What’s so hard to understand here? Let the raids begin.
