This is a great illustration on how propaganda campaigns are executed.
What the Left Is Claiming
The latest liberal talking point goes like this. Donald Trump is “shameless.”
Everyone around him has “lost their dignity.” The media, tech CEOs, lawyers, and Republicans are supposedly bowing in fear.
And the only way to “restore democracy” is to elect Democrats in 2026.
That’s the pitch.
It’s emotional. It’s dramatic: The sky is falling. And it’s loaded with moral finger-wagging.
But it’s also dishonest.
This isn’t a story about dignity. It’s a story about power.
The Trick They’re Pulling
Notice what they never do.
They don’t talk about policy. They don’t talk about results.
They don’t talk about whether Trump was right or wrong.
They don’t talk about common sense.
Instead, they attack character.
They shame anyone who doesn’t submit. They redefine “dignity” to mean obedience.
That’s not journalism. That’s sales copy for the Democratic Party.
The article pushing this narrative comes from Democracy Docket, a left-wing outlet founded by election lawyer Marc Elias.
This is the same group that fundraises nonstop by telling readers democracy is always one election away from collapse.
Fear sells. Fear changes or reinforces opinions. So does guilt.
And that’s what they count on.
The Lawsuit Lie
One of the biggest claims is that media companies “settled bogus lawsuits” because they were scared of Trump.
That’s spin.
ABC News did not settle because Trump is powerful. They settled because defamation law exists.
Truth is a defense. False statements aren’t.
Major corporations don’t pay millions unless their lawyers tell them there’s risk. Period.
If these cases were “bogus,” ABC and CBS could’ve fought them in court. They didn’t. That tells you everything.
The Tech CEO Fairytale
Then there’s the claim that tech CEOs are “prostrating” themselves.
Let’s get real.
These companies spent years openly attacking Trump.
They censored stories. They throttled accounts. They donated overwhelmingly to Democrats.
Now they’re dealing with a sitting president.
That’s not submission. That’s reality.
When Joe Biden was in office, they played nice too. Funny how that wasn’t called “loss of dignity.”
The Loaded Language Game
Watch the words they choose.
“Bogus.”
“Notorious.”
“Fake.”
“Shameless.”
Those aren’t facts. They’re labels.
Take the El Salvador’s notorious CECOT prison story. Democrats call it “brutal” without mentioning why it exists or who’s inside.
Violent gang members. Repeat offenders. Criminals who made life hell for regular people.
Law and order isn’t cruelty. It’s protection.
The Nevada Angle
Nevadans should pay close attention to this kind of framing.
We’ve seen it here before.
They refer to election integrity as “attacks on democracy.”
Election integrity advocates are called “election deniers.”
Parental rights get labeled “extremism.”
Budget restraint gets mocked as “heartless.”
It’s the same script. Change the villain. Reuse the outrage.
In Nevada, voters know better.
They’ve lived with the results of soft-on-crime policies, rising costs, and media narratives that don’t match real life.
The Real Takeaway
This article isn’t about Trump’s dignity.
It’s about silencing dissent.
When liberals lose the argument, they stop debating and start shaming.
When facts don’t work, they lean on emotion.
When voters won’t comply, they demand obedience.
Calling people “undignified” is just another way of saying, “Sit down and shut up.”
And Nevadans don’t do that very well.
