Instead of a consultant’s poll-tested “Issues” page, I wrote a full “Where I Stand” e-book.
I sat down at my kitchen table a few months ago and started doing something that professional political consultants tell candidates not to do.
I wrote my own “Where I Stand” e-book.
No pollster picked the words. No consultant softened the language. No focus group decided what I was allowed to say.
I sat there with my laptop and wrote down exactly what I believe, on issues that matter to you and the voters of Nevada Assembly District 9, in my own voice.
It’s called The Kitchen Table Agenda: One Mom’s Answers for the Problems Politicians Ignore.
It’s free. And you can download it right now.

What the “Experts” Wanted Me to Write
I know what a normal candidate “Issues” page looks like. You’ve seen them too.
Vague sentences that could belong to any candidate, in any state, running for any office, in any year.
Here’s an example from my opponent’s own site:
“I will work with law enforcement, first responders, and community leaders to ensure our public safety professionals have the resources they need.”
Huh? What’s he actually saying?
Nothing. That “position” has been focus-grouped and poll-tested until every sharp edge got sanded off. And what’s left doesn’t tell you a single thing about what he’d actually do for you in Carson City.
That’s not an accident. It’s written exactly as designed.
Professional politicians and high-priced political consultants build these pages to offend no one – which means they inform no one either.
Why I Did It Differently
I decided the voters in Assembly District 9 deserve better than a vague list of talking points. So instead of a typical “Issues” page, I wrote an entire e-book.
The Kitchen Table Agenda lays out exactly where I stand, in plain language, without hedging.
No “I’ll fight for” without saying what that means. No safe non-answers designed to avoid controversy.
If you read it, you’ll know exactly who you’re voting for, and there won’t be any surprises waiting for you after Election Day.
I was warned this was risky. I understood that risk. And I wrote the book for you anyway.
Because I’d rather you know the real me before you vote – not the “monster” my opponent is already falsely making me out to be.
In fact, the book isn’t only a list of where I stand on various issues. It’s where you’ll find out who I am and how I got here – long before Carson City was ever on my radar.
You’ll also find some serious concerns I have about my opponent – things he won’t want you to read because he’s been hiding them from you.
I’m not going to spoil it here. Just remember: It’s not “negative” to tell the truth about your opponent.
And It’s Also OK to Disagree
To be sure, you probably won’t agree with me on every position in the book. Honestly, I’d be a little worried if you did.
Think about your own kitchen table.
The people sitting around it don’t agree on everything. But you don’t kick Uncle Frank out during Thanksgiving dinner just because he voted differently than you did.
That’s not a weakness. That’s what a real family looks like.
And it’s the kind of relationship I want with the people I hope to represent.
But get ready. My opponent’s campaign and his high-priced consultants will now pull quotes from the book, twist them, and use them in attack ads.
That’s what professional politicians do. It’s why they write vague language in the first place.
But I think that’s dishonest.
I’m not running to fool you into voting for me. I’m asking you to trust me to represent you and your family in Carson City next year.
So download The Kitchen Table Agenda: One Mom’s Answers for the Problems Politicians Ignore for free right now.
Read it – and compare it to my opponent’s “Issues” page.
Then ask yourself which candidate is actually telling you the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
Because elections aren’t about the candidates. They’re about you. And who you can trust to best represent you in the State Assembly.
It’d be the honor of a lifetime to earn such trust and your vote. Thank you for considering me.
