UNDERSTANDING RICO
The Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations (RICO, 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c)) law punishes criminal conspiracy where:
- Two or more people,
- knowingly participate in the commission of two or more crimes,
- that have an effect within and also outside of the state where the crimes were committed.
Penalties include:
- Up to 20 years in prison–per count.
- Up to $250,000 fine–per count.
- Asset forfeiture.
- Victim restitution.
RICO prosecutions can be brought against low-level individuals or leaders of large organizations. For example, in the 1980’s Rudy Giuliani pioneered the use of RICO when he brought down the five mafia families of New York. Notable corporate prosecutions include FIFA, Enron, MLB and the Hell’s Angels.
ENTER AARON FORD
Aaron Ford, Nevada Attorney General, is prosecuting six Nevada GOP leaders who, in 2020, realized cheating occurred+ and so they certified Donald J. Trump as having won the Nevada Presidential vote.
Conveniently, this case is being prosecuted by Aaron Ford during his campaign to become the next Governor of Nevada.
Ford would probably characterize his prosecution of the Nevada Six as non-political, simply doing his job.
Evidence suggests the six Nevada GOP electors were right. After much pressure from Nevada GOP and Project Pig Pen:
- More than 160,000 improper voter registrations were removed statewide.
- More than 90,000 were removed in Clark county alone.
- It appears the majority of improper enrollments were registered Democrat.
- Post clean up, there are now more Republicans than Democrats in Nevada.
BREAKING NEWS: NEVADA GOP ELECTORS WERE TARGETED BY THE FBI & DOJ IN OPERATION “ARCTIC FROST”
On October 28, 2025 House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan released a 234 page PDF detailing the FBI / DOJ operation titled “Arctic Frost” (download here).
The operation was approved by then Attorney General Garland, former FBI Director Wray, and former Senior DOJ prosecutor Lisa Monaco. The operation was run by Jack Smith.
Arctic Frost was intended to extinguish MAGA by imprisoning 156 key MAGA leaders, starting with Donald J. Trump.
The six Nevada GOP electors–currently being prosecuted by Aaron Ford–are identified by name on the Arctic Frost targeting list (see the FBI email dated May 25 2025, found on page 66 of the PDF).
Five Democrat Attorneys General brought state charges against GOP electors in Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona. Were they part of Arctic Frost?
Attorney Cleta Mitchell answers the question. “Those Democrat AG’s…. They were all acting at the behest, and as proxies for the Biden DOJ. These are not state proceedings. These… charges that were brought, [were] concocted by the Biden White House and by the DOJ.” (click here).
Earlier this month Jim Jordan and the House Judiciary Committee questioned two of Jack Smith’s Special Counsel attorneys, Jay Bratt and Thomas Windom. When asked if Arctic Frost was a political operation, each refused to answer on Fifth Amendment grounds.
DID AARON FORD COMMIT RICO VIOLATIONS?
Time will tell whether Aaron Ford engaged in RICO crimes by coordinating with the FBI / DOJ to improperly bring state charges against Nevada GOP electors. If he did, Ford could not only face criminal RICO charges, but the six Nevada GOP electors could sue him civilly under RICO to recover financial losses.
