This makes your night unproductive after having lost a significant amount of time to get rest and regain energy. As a result, your next day’s activities are at risk of doing them ineffectively.
Being unorganized
Nothing else is more efficient than making your day organized. A daily plan makes your day smooth and effective. It ensures order and realization of daily activities. It excludes unnecessary moves and habits during the day.
