Republican Rising Star Lands On National “30 Under 30” List

The people shaping politics aren’t just the ones giving speeches.

They’re also the ones knocking doors, building coalitions, and doing the work behind the scenes.

One of those people from Las Vegas just got national recognition.

Logan Gifford, a Nevada-based grassroots strategist and political operative, has been selected for the 2026 class of America’s Rising Republican Operatives (ARRO) “30 Under Thirty,” a program that highlights young leaders across the conservative movement.

Nevada Roots, National Spotlight

According to the announcement, Gifford was chosen from hundreds of nominations nationwide.

The ARRO program focuses on rising talent under 30 who are already making an impact in campaigns, advocacy, and political communications.

And in Nevada, Gifford has been doing exactly that.

He currently serves as Nevada State Director for Our America, where he works on grassroots organizing and civic engagement efforts. He’s also been heavily involved in voter integrity efforts, serving as executive director of Repair the Vote PAC, a group that pushed for voter ID requirements in the state.

That kind of hands-on political work is exactly what ARRO is designed to spotlight.

A Personal Journey That Shaped His Advocacy

Gifford has been open about deeply personal challenges that shaped his path.

He is a survivor of childhood abuse and has taken on responsibility for caring for his younger brother, whom a court later recognized as his legal child in a highly unusual and difficult case.

Before and since then, he’s consistently worked in Nevada politics, building a career and advocating for reforms.

Gifford’s story reminds us that some of the strongest voices in politics don’t come from polished, traditional backgrounds.

Some have come through real hardship, and bring that perspective with them as they help shape our political landscape.

A Signal For Nevada’s Political Future

Gifford’s nomination says something about where Nevada fits into the big political picture of America.

For years, the state has been seen as a battleground. But it’s also becoming a training ground.

Passionate young operatives who are shaping campaigns, messaging, and policy from the ground up are finding their footing in the Nevada desert.

Gifford’s selection puts a spotlight on that.

And it signals that national organizations are paying attention to what’s happening here.

As part of the ARRO program, Gifford will be honored at a reception in Washington, D.C., alongside other young leaders from across the country.

These kinds of networks often turn into future campaign teams, policy shops, and leadership pipelines.

In other words, today’s “30 Under 30” list can easily become tomorrow’s political leadership class.
