As Nevada moves deeper into 2026, conservative activists across the state are already getting to work.
With America marking its 250th birthday and a high-stakes midterm election year underway, grassroots leaders say this is no time to sit on the sidelines.
January has already delivered one major gathering, with another important event still ahead for Southern Nevada conservatives.
Earlier this month, conservatives from across Nevada gathered in Las Vegas for the Battle Born FREEDOM Conference, a full-day event focused on faith, freedom, and civic responsibility.
Held January 10, the conference brought together nationally known conservative speakers and grassroots leaders for a long day of talks, panels, and conversations.
Organizers described the event as a way to recharge and refocus after years of political turbulence. Topics centered on free speech, parental rights, faith in public life, and the role everyday citizens play in shaping culture and elections.
Nevada elections are often decided by narrow margins, sometimes just a few hundred votes. Staying informed and motivated can make the difference between winning and watching policies move in the wrong direction.
Henderson Conservatives Look Ahead
While the conference is now in the rearview mirror, another key conservative event is still coming up later this month.
On Thursday, January 22, Henderson Conservatives will host their January meeting featuring Stavros Anthony.
The meeting will run from 6 to 8 pm at the Henderson Multigenerational Center on South Green Valley Parkway. Dinner will be provided, and advance registration is required.
Anthony is expected to share his perspective on the most recent legislative session and talk about what he sees ahead for Nevada.
For local conservatives, the chance to hear directly from a statewide elected official without media spin is a big draw.
Meetings like this are more than social events. They’re part of the groundwork. Click here to RSVP.

Showing Up Matters
Dr. Howell Shaw, founder of Henderson Conservatives, says both events share the same goal. Equip citizens to stay involved and informed.
Involvement matters. It grows through local meetings, honest conversations, and citizens willing to invest time, not just opinions.
As 2026 unfolds, Nevada conservatives are organizing early, staying engaged, and preparing for the fights ahead.
