Markowitz Launches IAP Campaign for Controller

Markowitz Launches IAP Campaign for Controller
Chuck Muth
March 17, 2010

(Warren Markowitz) – The elected officials of Nevada are due a wake-up call. Their ineffective answers and patchwork responses to Nevada’s issues have led us to the most important decision of our generation. Will we continue to flounder or will we have the courage of the Founding Fathers and stand up for what is right and necessary.

History tells us that the greatest political changes were made when people stood tall and shouted, enough is enough. The Democrats and Republicans of Nevada continue to fight over the breadcrumbs and leftovers without giving the causes of our problems a second thought.

As the Independent American Party Candidate for State Controller, it is my desire to return the
government to the governed. To enter office with the consent of the people of this great state and to honorably and effectively execute the responsibilities of the State Controller’s Office.

I am not a professional politician, I am a dedicated professional, businessman and entrepreneur that will bring real life experience to an office of government that is the trustee of the peoples finances.

My educational background includes a J.D. from Touro Law Center (2005) and a B.A. From LIU-Southampton (1994). I am a founder of CREATE Restaurant, a green centered Gourmet Burger and Frozen Custard restaurant (www.createburgersandcustard.com), located on Lake Mead and Tenaya in Las Vegas, NV that has grown in the past two years to be a local favorite and icon.

Your support will ensure the return of citizen government to Nevada.
