Zach WalkerLieb doesn't just sell homes. He's helping shape the city his family has called home for generations.
The fourth-generation Las Vegan was recently featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Executive Spotlight series.
There he discussed his career, his leadership philosophy and what continues to drive him professionally.

A Family Legacy, A Homegrown Career
After graduating from Santa Clara University, WalkerLieb returned home to build a career in real estate.
While in college he competed in intramural basketball and took part in business and engineering competitions.
One of those was a NASA-sponsored innovation challenge. He also speaks French.
Giving Back to Southern Nevada
Beyond real estate, WalkerLieb has devoted considerable time to civic and charitable work.
He serves as chairman of Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas. Through that role he has helped provide affordable housing to Southern Nevada families in need.
Building Nevada's Next Generation of Leaders
One of WalkerLieb's passions is helping develop the next generation of Nevada's business leaders.
As a member of the Keystone Corporation's Board of Directors and co-chair of its Young Professionals Committee, he's helping build a pipeline of young entrepreneurs and professionals committed to free enterprise and civic leadership.
The program gives members opportunities to network with many of Nevada's top business and political leaders.
Along the way they learn more about public policy, leadership and the state's political process.
It also gives younger members a seat at the table.
Committee participants receive voting membership in Keystone, allowing them to weigh in on the organization's direction and candidate endorsements.
A Brief Run for Congress
Politics has also briefly crossed WalkerLieb's path.
In 2020 he entered the Republican primary for Nevada's 3rd Congressional District. He later ended that campaign and returned his focus to business and community service.
Playing the Long Game
In his Review-Journal interview, WalkerLieb said long-term thinking has served him better than chasing short-term attention or quick wins.
That philosophy has guided both his business career and his civic involvement.
Whether he's helping families buy homes, mentoring future community leaders or supporting charitable causes, WalkerLieb's focus stays rooted in the city he proudly calls home.
