Nevada GOP Election Transparent and “100% Accurate”

Nevada GOP Election Transparent and “100% Accurate”
N&V Staff
September 30, 2013

(Tom Dickman) – As chair of the NRP election committee this past weekend I want to give you some inside information as to the workings of the election committee and the election results.

All raw ballots, marked ballots and the ballot boxes were always in the custody of the Sergeants at Arms from the time the raw ballets were printed until they were presented to the NRP Secretary after the results were announced.

First I want to say that the count was completely open and transparent to anyone who wished to be in the counting room, as evidenced by the results being widely known well ahead of the formal announcement.

Our first task was to count twice the number of signatures for those who received ballots. Our second task was to count the number of physical ballots that were deposited into the sealed ballot boxes. We began the count only after our physical ballot count was verified to be equal to or less than the number of ballots issued.

In the end, there were 313 verified ballots issued, 311 verified physical ballots counted and 2 ballots accounted for that were not voted nor deposited into the ballot boxes, making for a perfect 100% accounting.

At every step, after the signature counts, the ballot counts, the tally counts, the final number results, I asked everyone in the room, including the election committee members AND observers if there were any questions, comments, concerns or any reason not to proceed, and EVERYBODY agreed before we went on the next part of the counting procedure.

In the end, before I accepted the final numbers to be announced to the NRCC, I again asked for EVERYBODY to be in COMPLETE agreement that EVERYTHING was correct, to which EVERYONE agreed.

I offer this information as a brief summary of the counting room procedures and process, and to have an official statement from me that everyone in the room, including the Sandoval and Uithoven observers were in COMPLETE agreement that the count was open, transparent, observable, and above all else, 100% ACCURATE.

I know at one point there was voluminous speculation there was rampant proxy fraud and other election irregularities, however in the end we all know this not to be true at all.
