Mail-in ballots are scheduled to go out this week. I chose not to receive one. I’ll vote in person on Election Day as usual, with the possibility of voting early if I need to be out-of-town on November 3rd.
I don’t like voting early since there are always last-minute developments in some races – especially down-ballot races – that can change my mind right up to the minute I cast my ballot.
But I know many of you want to get your mail-in ballot in ASAP and have asked for my recommendations already. So I posted some early ones this morning to get the ball rolling.
The page is broken into two sections: Official endorsements by Citizen Outreach PAC, and my personal recommendations for who I’d vote for if I was voting TODAY. Those are subject to change at any time right up to when I actually cast my ballot.
In addition, some of the recommendations – especially in local elections – are based on the opinions of people I trust who know the candidates and campaigns better than I do.
