Sandoval Campaign Right on Track

Sandoval Campaign Right on Track
N&V Staff
December 30, 2009

(Brian Sandoval) – I have a couple of great updates to share with you today as we close out 2009.

In the nearly three-and-a-half months since we launched our grassroots campaign we’ve already gained a lot of momentum. In particular, December has been a great month for our campaign.

In the first week of the month, the Las Vegas Review-Journal released a poll showing our campaign holding strong double-digit leads over our primary (39%-19%) and general (49%-34%) election opponents. Needless to say, we are very encouraged by the numbers.

Our southern Nevada grassroots organizing efforts also scored a big win when former Clark County GOP Chair Richard Scotti joined our campaign. Richard will be a key part of our grassroots recruitment efforts to ensure we have the resources on the ground to help us get Nevada working again.

And, with four days left in 2009, we’re on the verge of reaching our year-end fundraising goal. In fact, we’re now just $10,000 away from our passing our 2009 online fundraising goal.

There’s a lot at stake in our race, and I need your support before the end of the year to ensure we can continue to ramp up our grassroots organizing efforts.

Thank you for all that you do.

(Mr. Sandoval is a Republican candidate for Nevada governor)
