Donald Trump holds back his notion of withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement and says he has an open mind to it.
President-elect Donald Trump withheld his notion of withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement, Tuesday in a meeting with New York Times journalists.
“I think there is some connectivity” between human activity and climate change, Trump said. “Some, something. It depends on how much.”
It is important to recall that exiting from the pact was one of Trump’s strong pledges during the campaign. “We’re going to cancel the Paris climate agreement,” Trump said on May in North Dakota.
Trump also made a pledge to withdraw all of President Obama’s executive acts and regulations pertaining climate change.
