Trump’s ‘Donroe Doctrine’ Ends America’s Decline

(Michelle Steel) – In Year 1 of his second term, President Donald J. Trump hasn’t wasted a second in putting America First.

The laudable result: We are witnessing the greatest and most successful turnaround of foreign policy in American history.

The president has now ended eight major conflicts around the globe: Cambodia and Thailand, Kosovo and Serbia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, Pakistan and India, Israel and Iran, Egypt and Ethiopia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the war in Gaza.

Speaking of Gaza, President Trump brought every living hostage home.

His administration has executed precision strikes on drug runners in the Caribbean, obliterated Iran’s nuclear enrichment capabilities, and flawlessly captured Venezuelan narco-terrorist Nicolas Maduro.

Of the latter strike, a Venezuelan security guard said, “Those 20 men, without a single casualty, killed hundreds of us. We had no way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I swear, I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Historians haven’t settled on a name for Trump’s approach just yet. Call it the Donroe Doctrine, the Trump Corollary, or America First foreign policy.

Whatever you call it, America’s back.

Contrast, if you will, President Trump’s success with the national humiliation of Joe Biden’s first year, arguably the most shameful in U.S. history.

Biden’s catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan sacrificed 13 American lives, left more than 1,000 Americans behind, and armed terrorists with billions of dollars in elite U.S. military equipment – all of which the world witnessed live.

Another sure indication that President Trump has restored America’s global supremacy: The Deep State denies the very existence of the Donroe Doctrine.

“There is no Trump Doctrine,” claims disgraced former National Security Advisor John Bolton, who has spent a lifetime dragging America into forever wars. “No matter what he does, there is no grand conceptual framework.”

Bolton is wrong, or lying. The president’s foreign policy has been explicitly laid out in the nation’s 2025 National Security Strategy, published late last year.

Here are five principles of the president’s strategy that all Americans can rally behind.

1. Secure Our Borders and the Hemisphere

2025 National Security Strategy: “We must protect our country from invasion, not just from unchecked migration but from cross-border threats such as terrorism, drugs, espionage, and human trafficking.”

President Trump has secured the border, stopped mass illegal immigration, and waged war on the narco-terrorist cartels flooding our neighborhoods with drugs. He’s also targeting these dangerous criminals before they enter the United States. America is finally prioritizing the safety of our own neighborhoods.

2. Peace Through Strength

2025 National Security Strategy: “Strength is the best deterrent. Countries or other actors sufficiently deterred from threatening American interests will not do so.”

President Trump is the “President of Peace.” He deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for resolving eight conflicts in his first eight months back in office. He also knows that lasting peace can only be achieved from a position of strength.

3. Maintain Military Supremacy

2025 National Security Strategy: “We want to recruit, train, equip, and field the world’s most powerful, lethal, and technologically advanced military to protect our interests, deter wars, and if necessary —- win them quickly and decisively, with the lowest possible casualties to our forces.”

In addition to the “Golden Dome” missile defense shield to protect the American homeland, President Trump has announced a plan for a $1 trillion investment in rebuilding our military.

4. International Agreements That Benefit Americans

2025 National Security Strategy: “We will no longer tolerate, and can no longer afford, free-riding, trade imbalances, predatory economic practices, and other impositions on our nation’s historic goodwill that disadvantage our interests.”

In our trade deals and military alliances, America is finally putting Americans first. President Trump has masterfully used his tariff powers to rewrite bad trade deals that outsourced American jobs. Our taxpayers will no longer write a blank check for Europe’s military protection. Our allies must pay their fair share. The free ride is over.

5. Secure Our Resources for the Next Century

2025 National Security Strategy: “The United States must never be dependent on any outside power for core components — from raw materials to parts to finished products—necessary to the nation’s defense or economy. We must re-secure our own independent and reliable access to the goods we need to defend ourselves and preserve our way of life.”

Our supply chains are vulnerable, and our survival depends on ending our reliance on outside powers for core components of our defense and economy. To guarantee the Next American Century, we must have access to the rare earth minerals and raw materials that are necessary for advanced computing and military superiority.
