Win A Rifle, Ammo, AND the Fight Over Gun Policy in Nevada

If you follow gun policy at all, you already know this much: The fight over the Second Amendment never really ends.

And if you’ve paid attention to gun policy debates in Nevada over the past few years, you’ve probably run across the Nevada Firearms Coalition (NVFAC).

The group keeps a close eye on firearm-related bills in Carson City, weighs in on court cases, and works to keep Nevada gun owners informed when laws or regulations are changing.

Unlike national organizations, NVFAC stays focused on Nevada.

That means tracking what lawmakers here are doing, showing up when bad bills get hearings, and backing legal challenges when gun owners’ rights are at stake.

NVFAC also spends time keeping gun owners informed.

When laws change, or when proposed rules could create new compliance problems, the group pushes out explanations aimed at helping people understand what’s legal, what’s not, and what may be coming next.

For many gun owners, that practical information is just as important as the political fights.

That kind of work isn’t free, and it tends to happen long before most people have any clue – in committee rooms, court filings, and regulatory fine print.

But NVFAC is paying attention.

To help fund the fight, NVFAC has announced two limited raffles. Proceeds will support their legal and legislative efforts.

One raffle features a Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport 3 rifle, while the other offers 1,000 rounds of .223 ammunition.

Each drawing is limited to 1,000 tickets, priced at $10 each, and participants can enter either raffle or both.

The raffles are being conducted under Nevada’s charitable gaming rules.

Any firearm transfer will go through a licensed dealer, with all state and federal requirements – including background checks and age limits – fully observed.

Ticket buyers must be physically located in Nevada at the time of purchase, and officers of the organization and their families are not eligible to participate.

Winners will be selected by random drawing and announced by email and on NVFAC websites after 1,000 tickets sold for each raffle.
