The surge in nonpartisan registration, which may be the key to elections here and elsewhere, is documented in a new analysis of third-quarter voter registration trends in Clark County conducted by Applied Analysis. The study showed Democrats and Republicans registering below their existing percentages, but Republicans hemorrhaging much more to nonpartisan voters, who are registering at one and a half times their totals.
