(Fred Weinberg, Penny Press) – Adam Schiff, a Democrat from the People’s Republic of California personifies the bipartisan oxymoron that is the House Intelligence Committee where he is the ranking member.
He actually thinks that American voters are stupid enough that Russian hacks of Democrat emails could have or would have thrown the 2016 election to Donald Trump. And his GOP counterparts actually think that the American public is stupid enough to think that President Obama’s folks didn’t spy in some means or manner on Trump Tower during the election.
It brings to mind a line from Allison Janny’s character C.J. Cregg in the West Wing, “Am I crazy, or is this not a job for the U. S. House of Representatives?”
Now, it’s possible that the hacks of the DNC and the subsequent publishing of the disingenuous, dishonest and occasionally just downright stupid emails came from Russian sources. But they were still disingenuous, dishonest and occasionally just downright stupid. If John Podesta—the star of those emails—were a Republican, imagine the comments from Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
The problem here is that Schiff is just the new breed of infantile, snot slinging, tantrum throwing lefties who still cannot fathom why the voters of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida would have voted for Trump and thrown the Electoral College into a Trump win. And since when did the Democrats step into Joe McCarthy’s shoes?
Nothing which happened in the eight years Barack Obama was President showed anybody any strength against Russia. In fact, if Vladimir Putin had called Central Casting for a pro-Russia regime, they would have given him Barack Obama.
To hear morons like Schiff and his colleagues, it must have been the commies throwing the election and not Hillary Clinton herself. If you believe Schiff and his commie hating Democrat colleagues she ran the perfect campaign.

That this kind of nonsense is even spouted in a hearing room by this moron and his suddenly uber-patriot friends so demeans the House it is easy to understand that they have a public approval rating lower than lawyers and used car salesmen.
It is so low that even their own mothers probably don’t like them.
Maybe Schiff is even telling the truth.
But even if he is, Hillary deserved to lose and the voters made the right choice because she ran an incredibly bad campaign and was horribly out of touch with working folks who used to be her base.
