Ever Wanted to Write about Politics but Never Thought You Were Qualified?

How Anyone – EVEN YOU – Can Become a “Citizen Journalist”

Nevada News & Views is looking for new citizen journalists across the state to add to our growing stable of political writers.

Regular Nevadans who care about what's happening in their community and want to write about it… but never thought they were “qualified.”

Well… you are now. AI (artificial intelligence) has completely changed the game.

It means YOU no longer need a journalism degree, a newsroom background, or years of practice to write something worth publishing.

AI levels the playing field with the purveyors of “fake news.”

If you have the knowledge, a particular issue of interest, and something to say, AI can help you shape it into a real, professional article or opinion column.

And that means more everyday Nevadans like you can finally have a hand in shaping the political conversation instead of just watching it happen from the sidelines.

The only requirement: You must be a conservative.

Nevada News & Views provides accurate information. But it’s not our job to tell the other side’s side of the story.

That’s what the mainstream “fake news” media is for (you know, like Jon Ralston).

We use AI openly at NN&V. We disclose it in every article.

It's a tool, not a ghostwriter. And it's exactly what makes this possible for someone like you who's never written a news story or op-ed in their life.

What kind of stories are we talking about?

✓ Local news the big outlets skip. Your city council, your school board, your county commission.

✓ The issues you already can't stop talking about. Whatever it is, chances are other Nevadans care too.

✓ Feature stories, including profiles of local candidates who usually can't get the mainstream media to give them the time of day.

Every article gets an editor's eye before it's published, so you're never doing this alone.

But you get the byline. Your name. Your story. Read by over 122,000 Nevadans.

You can write once a day. Once a week. Once a month. Or whenever your little heart desires. No obligation. No quota.

If any of this sounds interesting, even a little, don't overthink it.

Just email Kristen at kristen@citizenoutreach.com and tell her you're interested.

She'll follow up and fill you in on how it works.

That's it. No commitment. No application. No forms. Just raise your hand and let's talk.

P.S. One of the reasons I'm sending this today is that Kristen and I will be going to Dallas, Texas, tomorrow for the annual AI Marketing Conference hosted by the “guru” we've been learning AI from.

So don't be surprised if you don't get a Daily Digest every day next week while we're gone.

P.P.S. That’s actually one of the reasons behind this email: If we had more writers, Kristen could focus on producing the daily digest instead of writing articles every day too.

That's exactly why I'm recruiting more citizen journalists starting today.
