(NN&V Staff) – Jeff Butzke, President of Advantage Direct Communications, Inc., announced today that the company will be having the grand opening of its new Reno call center on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. The center located at 745 W. Moana Lane, Suite 325, is the second call center opened by Advantage Direct.

Currently Advantage Direct has a 48-seat center in North Platte, Nebraska. “We have been waiting for the right time and the right place to build out our business,” said Butzke. “I’m thrilled that the time is now and the place is Reno,” he stated.

Eventually the Reno center will be the centerpiece of the Advantage Direct call center network and provide new jobs to more than 100 citizens of Northern Nevada.

Advantage Direct is in the process of hiring full-time employees to staff its Reno center. Butzke explained, “This center is going to be successful because we have access to a high quality workforce in Northern Nevada. We are also fortunate that Tricia Pearson has signed on to be the Director of Business Development. Under her leadership, we expect to continue to grow and to be a contributing member of the Reno community for a long time to come.”

Anyone interested in applying for a full-time Telemarketing Service Representative (TSR) position may e-mail their resume to resumes@advainc.com.

Advantage Direct contributes a percentage of health insurance costs for their employees. In 2009, Advantage Direct started a 401(k) retirement program that employees can contribute to and receive profit sharing contributions from the company upon a year’s service with Advantage Direct.

Advantage Direct Communications, Inc. provides highly targeted services for businesses, public affairs and not for profit organizations as well as local, state, and national elections. Its telemarketing teams conduct the highest-quality programs that provide survey research, voter identification, issue advocacy, patch-through and “Get Out The Vote” (GOTV) calls.

The company’s automated programs give each client the opportunity to commence the delivery of their message within one hour of recording and receipt of file. They are also a leading TeleForum provider for members of Congress, campaigns and advocacy groups and held the exclusive launch of VideoForum in June 2009.
