I would love to be in Washington, DC for all the pomp and circumstance surrounding our nation’s 250th birthday. Nobody puts on a show like Donald Trump.
But it didn’t work out.
My second choice would have been to go to Mt. Rushmore for what will clearly be a celebration to remember. But that didn’t happen either.
So, like many of you, I’ll be wishing the USA a “happy birthday” right here in Las Vegas.
I’ll be joining the Clark County Republican Party and organizer Sue Stitt at their “America 250 Independence Day Celebration” at the Ahern Hotel on July 4 from 5:30 – 9:30 pm.
Tickets include an all-American buffet, live entertainment by Angels and Outlaws, family games, children’s activities, free parking…and unobstructed rooftop fireworks viewing.
