(Lori Piotrowski) – On May 22, TRUNC will host a debate among the Republican candidates for the newly formed Congressional District 4. Scheduled to appear will be Barbara Cegavske, Kiran Hill, Dan Schwartz, Danny Tarkanian, and Kenneth Wegner, who are all vying for the opportunity to oppose Stephen Horsford in the general election.

The two-and-a-half hour debate will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. at the Aliante Casino + Hotel, 7300 Aliante Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89084.

Questions to the candidates will be posed by a panel comprised of broadcast personalities Jerry Doyle, Mitch Fox, and Alan Stock, UNLV Associate Professor of Political Science Daniel Damore, NPRI’s Geoffrey Lawrence, and Niger Innis of the Congress of Racial Equality.

A straw poll will be taken immediately following the debate.

Tickets are available at $15 until May 15; they may also be purchased at the door.
